Along with fire station tours and public appearances at special community events, we offer the use of our meeting rooms to community members in Pecan Grove, Plantation Place, Waterside Estates and Harvest Green ONLY.  No training or classes will be held for a profit. We ask that the Room Request form below be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance. A department representative will then contact you to confirm your room reservation. We will make every effort to fulfill your request, but cannot guarantee a specific room reservation. Please give our department two (2) business days to get in contact with you.

Upstairs Meeting Room
  • Max Seating: 40 people

  • Recommended for:

    • Scout Troops

    • Sport League Registrations
       

Downstairs Meeting Room
  • Max Seating: 30 people

  • ADA compliant (no stairs)

  • Automatically Downstairs Reservation unless needed for ADA reasons

    • Department Meetings & Trainings

    • Fire Board meetings

    • Community Association meetings (Pecan Grove, Harvest Green and Waterside Estates only).
