Budget and Finances
At Pecan Grove Volunteer Fire Department, we are committed to fiscal responsibility and financial transparency in support of our Department's mission. Our goal is to ensure that all financial practices align with public stewardship and the highest standards of accountability. Our Chief and Finance Business Administrator develop and manage the department's annual budget, process accounts receivable and payable, coordinate a third-party annual audit, and provide payroll services for nearly 100 employees and volunteers.
