This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are:

• Of legal age to purchase a firearm in their state of residence (typically 21 years old).

• Legally eligible to own and possess a firearm according to all federal, state, and local laws.

Winners will be required to:

• Complete and pass a Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Form 4473 background check. *Facilitated by Condition 1 Coatings

• Comply with all federal, state, and local laws related to firearm transfers.

Failure to meet these requirements will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
